I bought the product because it was “okay” looking but at a great price. Well when I got them they were cuter than my first choice the “jewelitte” which I also kept. O.M.G these are so sexy and they do not feel like 4 inch heels!!! The straps are lose but I have never had any sling backs that the straps stayed on. It is made for slightly bigger feet as all Nine West shoes are in my experience. As far as Comfort/Quality/style this shoe got it all!!!
